Cancellation policy
For all individual bookings made via the web site, cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this period, workshops may be rescheduled to any future available date free of charge provided a request is made by email to hi@generalpurpose.com at least five working days before your scheduled workshop date. For bookings made by e-mail (such as private in-house workshops) and paid by invoice, the cancellation policy will be detailed on the terms and conditions of sale provided with your invoice.Options for you, your team and your entire organisation
